What area do you service?
We service all of metropolitan Melbourne. Travel fees may apply based on the venue location. Depending on our schedule, at times we can travel beyond the Melbourne area. Contact us to see if we are available to travel to your venue.
Can the photobooth be customised to match our event theme?
Absolutely! Our photobooths offer many different features and with print templates that can be customised to your event theme. Check out our Facebook Photo Albums to see past designs we have created for our wonderful clients!
Do you offer on-site attendants with the photobooth rental?
Yes, we do! Our friendly photobooth attendants are on-site to assist your guests in taking as many photos as they desire. Our attendants are fully trained on our equipment and will ensure the printer is re-filled to keep the photos printing all throughout your event.
How long does it take to set up the photobooth?
The set up can take between 1 to 1.5 hours depending on the venue and location of the photobooth. Bump-in time is up to 1.5 hours before the agreed start time of the photobooth E.g. If the start time of the photobooth is 6:00pm, our crew will arrive between 4:30pm and 5:00pm to set up the photobooth – ready for a 6:00pm start.
If you require an earlier bump-in, but a later start time, “Idle Time” fees may apply. Please contact us to discuss the run sheet of your venue and bump-in times.
